This Section provides information on how we collect, use, secure, and share information, particularly in relation to our GA4 Audit Tool and GA4-SHOPIFY Software applications and the 3rd party data and authorization tools like Meta and Google OAuth for authentication

a. Data Access and Use:

i. Our app accesses and uses Google user data as follows:

-- We access your GA4 data via the Google Analytics API
-- We use this data to get a list of accounts that you manage, and for each of those accounts, the properties that are available
-- We further use the API to query your data across multiple Dimensions, Metrics, and any other values available in the API to provide you a report of areas of improvement in your analytics data gathering and usage.

ii. Our app access and uses Meta Ads data as follows:

-- We use Meta Personal Profile email address to associate authentication credentials to a user. This is never used for marketing or sale purposes.
-- We use Meta Ads information to build a comprehensive view of your marketing efforts through the metrics, dimensions, and meta data as provided by the Meta Ads Marketing API
-- We further use your Meta Ads data as necessary to further enrich your existing marketing data.

iii. Data Storage and Sharing:

-- We will never share your data. You are free to share the final report with whomever you like.
-- We store basic demographic and company information about you to help in future conversations should you chose to utilize our products and services.
-- We store the Audit Results so that we can refer back to them when having any conversations with you and your team(s)

iv. Limited Use Compliance:

Our use of Google user data and Meta User Data is strictly limited to the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy and adheres to Google’s and Meta's Limited Use requirements.

b. Regular Reviews

We regularly review and update our Privacy Policy and in-product privacy notifications to ensure they accurately reflect our current practices and any changes in legal requirements.Users will be informed of any significant changes to our data use practices through updates to this policy and direct in-app notifications, where applicable.
