Getting Started

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Install our Shopify app, connect your GA4 property, and we handle the rest. Historical data typically backfills within a few hours depending on volume.

Do I need a data team or developer?

No. Setup is designed for merchants, not engineers. We manage BigQuery hosting and all technical infrastructure. You just use the dashboard.

What if I don't have BigQuery?

We handle it. Our managed BigQuery hosting is included in all plans. You don't need to set up or manage anything. We take care of the infrastructure.

Can I migrate my historical data?

Yes. We backfill historical data automatically during setup. Depending on which plan you choose, you can get up to 2 years of historical data.

Data & Security

Who owns the data?

You do. All data lives in your BigQuery warehouse (or our managed instance for your account). You can export anytime. Cancel anytime and keep all your data.

Is my Shopify and GA4 data secure?

Yes. We're SOC 2 compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your data. Our infrastructure follows enterprise security standards.

How often does data sync?

Starter plans: Daily. Growth plans: Hourly. Enterprise plans: Every 15 minutes. All updates are automatic - no manual exports needed.

What happens if I cancel?

No lock-in. Your data stays in BigQuery. You can export everything before canceling. We don't hold your data hostage.

How does attribution matching work?

We join GA4 session and campaign data with actual Shopify order data using customer identifiers and timestamps. This pairs attribution with real revenue, not estimated conversions.

Can I connect multiple Shopify stores?

Starter/Growth: 1 store. Enterprise: Multiple stores with rollup reporting across all stores. Perfect for agencies or multi-brand operations.

Do you support GA4 properties with multiple data streams?

Yes. Growth plans support up to 3 GA4 properties. Enterprise plans support unlimited properties and data streams.

Can my team access the dashboard?

Yes. Starter plans support up to 3 team members. Growth plans, up to 8 team members. Enterprise plans include unlimited team seats. Marketing, finance, and operations can all access the same data.

How do I get help with setup?

Growth and Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding. We'll walk you through setup, answer questions, and make sure everything's working correctly.

What if my data doesn't match up correctly?

Reach out to support. We'll troubleshoot the connection and ensure Shopify and GA4 data are reconciling properly. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
